Have you tried the Floss Bun? It was created by BreadTalk and copied widely by local cake shops.
Back in 2000, people were curious to watch what was going on in see through kitchen. Every BreadTalk outlet has the same set up of glass trays filled with bread of fanciful design. The founder’s wife had a hand in creating quite a few designs. The store is always coming up with new designs.
Its sister company, Toast Box is sometimes located next door, offering a sit down place for a cup of local coffee and cakes.
Today BreadTalk has outlets in several countries. BreadTalk Group is listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange.
